Jeremy Bellman

Principal, Chief Strategy & Growth Officer of L7z, began his business career as an intern to the CEO of a privately held company with business units in automotive, healthcare, real estate and entertainment. Upon graduation of college at age 21, Jeremy became the youngest executive of the company overseeing all business units and respective departments including accounting, technology, human resources, and operations.

In 2001, Jeremy founded his own consulting business providing business strategy and technology integration services to small and medium sized businesses. Over the next several years, PowerMellon Corporation became a leading technology solutions provider serving a myriad of industries including healthcare, insurance, automotive, education, real-estate, luxury goods, and yachting. Jeremy believes, “the fastest way to make money is to save it; technology is an investment that must see return.” His approach to ROI has informed his work not only in technology but also in marketing and finance.

Jeremy has led his team to implement ERP, CRM, and Web applications within the automotive, healthcare, insurance, and finance verticals. By creating unique algorithms, data queries, and good old fashioned logic, Jeremy’s business analysis and enterprise architecture is being used by several fortune 500 companies. Jeremy and his companies have held both certifications and reseller partnerships with technology giants Microsoft, Citrix, Lenovo, HP, MacAfee, IBM, LENOVO, ACER, OKIDATA, SEAGATE, MAXTOR, TRIPPLITE, APC, CYBERPOWER, TRENDNET, DLINK, VIEWSONIC, SAMSUNG, SONY, BLACKBERRY.

Gonzalo Araya

Principal, Chief Creative & Analytics Officer has more than a decade of experience working within and across industries from tourism to corporate real estate to automotive. Gonzalo has excelled in research, analytics, marketing, coaching and design within the Fortune 500 and Global 1000. In his early college years working at the Broward County Visitors Bureau, he and his team identified an untargeted $5M annual GLBT market that grew the community into what it has become today: Fort Lauderdale. At the age of 19, he was recognized as the youngest Station Manager in the system by Spirit Airlines. In this role Gonzalo led the Fort Lauderdale location as Operations Manager overseeing all passenger service operations, where he implemented a scheduling system saving nearly $.25 million in annual revenue. Gonzalo transitioned into a Corporate Facilitators position where he designed and delivered Sales, Safety and Leadership programs to hundreds of front end personnel, as well as corporate and interdepartmental management teams. He later became an Analytics Advisor for LNR Property, a subsidiary of the 2nd largest U.S. homebuilder, Lennar Corporation. At LNR, he designed a database for Asset Management. Gonzalo’s "difference” was easily noticed and he was quickly promoted, where he managed 27 investor reporting high net worth portfolios. His systems in ethics, process management and databases are still being used. Jumping into the driver's seat as a Sr. Planner for the automotive giant AutoNation, Gonzalo was noted as a strategist who could tap into the affluent market using principle analytics. He managed the OEM of 300 dealerships and 39 auto makes. Gonzalo also managed digital and procurement initiatives with numerous technology vendors and IT staff.

Gonzalo’s successes are due to his experiences and gained expertise in aligning client business goals with customer needs by driving value and developing his design. Allowing the collaboration of business analytics, technology and strategy, Gonzalo is creatively driven for passion in illusionary visuals with black and white executions.

Gonzalo’s impetus to create L7z with Jeremy, was the idea of creating a more personal approach to brand initiatives and overseas’ market practices. Today the company values design in the digital space, while focusing on interactive-engagement platforms and developing leading-edge business solution and video advertising and gaming production.

Gonzalo, also known as “Gonzo,” has a dual Bachelors of Science Degree from the Art Institute of Fort Lauderdale in both Travel & Tourism and Business Management & Marketing.

Gonzalo L. Mercado

An affiliated senior advisor of L7z Group in philanthropic views. He is Executive Director, El Centro del Inmigrante (The Immigrant Center), a native of Chile, immigrated to the United States to attendTouro College, and graduated in 2004 with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management and Finance. He also studied German/Spanish Translation at the University of Chile - Playa Ancha. He has traveled extensively and worked in Human Rights issues in both Chile and the United States. He graduated from CUNY College of Staten Island Leadership Institute in June 2005. He is also a graduate of the Immigrant Advocacy Fellowship Program and the CORO N.Y. Leadership Center. Always stimulating and enhancing his perspective in the Non-Profit arena, Gonzalo currently attends Columbia University Business School’s Institute for Non-for-Profit.

Gonzalo is a member of U.S. Senator Kirsten Gillibrand's Immigration Working Group. He was appointed by Mayor Michael Bloomberg to the NYC Commission on Day Laborers and the NYC HIV/AIDS Planning Council which allocates one hundred million dollars a year for HIV/AIDS services in New York. He is also the Coordinator of the Staten Island Immigrants Council and a Board Member of the New York Immigration Coalition and the Community Health Center of Richmond.

Gonzalo is the Vice-President of Laborers Local 10, L.I.U.N.A. He has been actively involved in national and international efforts for the advancement and protections of immigrant workers rights and creating awareness about the AIDS epidemic. Mr. Mercado has worked with Project Hospitality, the largest non-profit on Staten Island, and el Centro del Inmigrante since 2004.
